High Impact Brands for People Who Want to Create Change
Are you a nonprofit, activist, or small business owner? Is your focus on helping other people either through your work or with the proceeds? We want to work with you!
Jenn Wells Design’s official elevator pitch is “We create logos, websites, and promotional designs for nonprofits, activists, and small businesses who want to do good.” That’s a mouthful but what it boils down to is wanting to leave this world a little better than we found it. Everything else is just the vehicle for change.
High Impact Inspiration
Let’s talk high impact philanthropy! Philanthropy means using your resources to do good. High-impact philanthropy means doing the most good. UPenn’s Center for High Impact Philanthropy assesses nonprofits by 2 factors:
- Efficiency: the percentage of donations that go to their goal
- Effectiveness: the end result or ultimate impact
At Jenn Wells Design we want to work with businesses and nonprofits to do good AND we want to do it as efficiently and effectively as possible. Everything we design is created with impact in mind. And at the end of each year, we donate 10% of our profits to a nonprofit.
Your Goals = Our Goal
Our goal is to accomplish your goals. Every design is goal-oriented, which means lots of questions on our part!
- Who is your target audience?
- What action do you want them to take?
- What incentive are you giving them to follow through?
We’re not in the business of building pretty designs. We build strategic designs to achieve an end result.
Little Bit of Backstory
As you may have guessed, Jenn Wells Design is the baby and brainchild of Jenn Wells. It’s been around since 2011, when she started it as a side gig while finishing up college and working a part time job. The evolution of the company could be said to look a little something like this: I want to be an entrepreneur -> I want to work with other entrepreneurs -> We want to work with other entrepreneurs who share our personal values.
Inclusiveness. Integrity. Giving Back.
In case you were wondering. Those values form the core of Jenn Wells Design’s business ethics manifesto, and they direct our business decisions. Your values might be entirely different, but we like to know that you have some and that you care how your organization impacts other people.
