How does this work?
We’ll schedule a discovery call, which can be done over the phone, via video conference, or in-person if you happen to be in the Delaware area. After that, our team will typically work remotely and communicate with you through emails and phone calls, unless there’s a specific need to have work done on location.
What is the turn-around time?
Initial designs take 1 week, web development up to 2 weeks, and revisions will typically take 48-72, depending on complexity.
Why do I need a contract?
Jenn Wells Design typically only requires contracts for first time clients. We use them to ensure that everything is communicated as clearly as possible and that everyone is on the same page. It also helps to refer back to if questions come up later.
What do all these terms mean?
Legalese isn’t our specialty either. Our contracts were written by our owner, Jenn, with the help of professionals because we wanted them to be as easy to read as possible. To sum up: we won’t sue you. You won’t sue us. You own the rights to your project, but we get to use it in our portfolio and we ask that you not resell it as your own design. Not too complicated!
Do I have to pay money down?
Jenn Wells Design does not currently require money up front. Our policy is half at halfway, which means once you approve the first design draft half of the total amount is due. After payment we will move forward with revisions and/or web development. Currently required only if your project exceeds $250.
